Season 3 of Apple TV+’s “Shrinking” is adding to its cast with two fresh faces joining the hit series. According to Deadline, Sherry Cola (of “Good Trouble” and “Joy Ride” fame) and Isabella Gomez (from “One Day at a Time”) are hopping aboard the Jason Segel-helmed series for some recurring role action.
Co-created by Jason Segel, Bill Lawrence, and Brett Goldstein, Shrinking follows grieving therapist Jimmy (Segel), who starts to break the rules and tell his clients exactly what he thinks. Ignoring his training and ethics, he finds himself making huge, tumultuous changes to people’s lives … including his own.
In addition to Segel and [Harrison] Ford, Christa Miller, Jessica Williams, Luke Tennie, Michael Urie, Lukita Maxwell, and Ted McGinley also star. As Deadline recently announced, Emmy, SAG, and Golden Globe Award-winner Jeff Daniels will guest star as Jimmy’s father…
Since its premiere, the series has received SAG Award nominations for Best Ensemble, as well as for performances by Jason Segel and Harrison Ford; a Critics Choice Award win for Best Supporting Actor Michael Urie; and nominations for Emmy Awards, and the WGA, among many others.
